We are not tending to nature. We are not curating it. We don't use it to grow our Blueberries. We are it! We only protect and humbly stay a part of it. We are not on the sidelines. We are in the center of it. We don't grow Blueberries. We witness nature at its best when left to practice its magical life-giving powers!

Made for families. By a family.

This farm has gotten us together. A successful corporate career kept me in money and in India away from family. Now I am here in Romania, and we have our charming farm to thank for. It's not our business. It's our family's business.

Ramona Naqvi

Ramona has a gift for connecting with people inside and outside the company. She is a development professional dedicated to finding solutions for poverty, education, water, infrastructure, and other global challenges. In her role at The Blue Renaissance, she ensures the company’s culture and mission are preserved and that everyone involved continues to believe in it.

Ajay Naqvi
Chief Fusser, Founder, Farmer

Ajay is a force of nature, never content to settle for less than perfect. He brings a wealth of experience to The Blue Renaissance, having started his career in advertising and corporate roles (yes, he worked with Coca-Cola!) before becoming a full-time farmer. He’s a tireless worker who never shies away from asking tough questions or living with the consequences of his decisions. Despite his high standards, he’s also a team player who’s always willing to lend a hand and support his colleagues.

Bogdan Ghinet
Chief Product Magician

Bogdan is a force to be reckoned with – a true master of his craft. He possesses a laser-like focus and seamlessly wears many hats in life. After years of consulting for the EU fund, he has found his true calling (or so he claims!). And let me tell you, the juice he produces is nothing short of spectacular – the very best you’ll ever taste. My advice to you: tread lightly and avoid disturbing him when he’s spending time with his two adorable kids or hard at work perfecting our signature juice.

Alexandru, or as we lovingly call him, Bebe, is the blueberry whisperer. The most nurturing and caring soul you’ll ever meet, his gentle energy is what our blueberries thrive on, resulting in the juiciest and tastiest harvest.

 

As the plantation manager, Bebe has cultivated a deep love and connection with each of our 18,000 plants, making him the heart and soul of the ‘farm to bottle’ phenomenon. His passion and dedication to his craft are what make our juice truly special.
